The GROW model works through setting your Goals, determining what’s Realistic, what your Options are to get there, and – critically – What Next? Using this as a loose framework, we identify what you need to do to reach your goal, what and who is available to you to reach them, and when and how you are going to deliver.
One of the hardest parts of change is identifying and doing the actions needed to get there – back to the old problems of life gets in the way, you run out of ideas, and things don’t change.
Our brains are primed to use the old pathways which habits have formed over time meaning that building new ways of doing things and rewiring your brain is hard – in times of stress our brains revert quickly to our well known actions.
In each session, we will always work with you to identify the actions you need to take, and supporting you through the challenges, fears and events so that you are able to continue to take action and make change happen.
