Our Approach

The name ‘Avita’ wasn’t chosen by accident. Meaning ‘life’ or ‘one with noble strength’, it felt like the perfect way to embody everything we offer. After all, we know ADHD presents challenges across all areas of our daily worlds.

Anna’s path to ADHD Coaching combined a belief in life coaching, positive psychology and holistic health. She instinctively knew the answers were there - and Avita Coaching was born. Whether it’s the things you’ve thought of (think: money management, timekeeping or memory) or something you haven’t (consider: nutrition or managing the need for a dopamine ‘high’). Throughout, we’re here with the advice and support you need to thrive.
